Augusto Hostia

Augusto Hostia advises companies on M&A transactions, and on contractual and corporate law. 

He has also advised on financing transactions, as well as providing consultancy services regarding regulation of the capital market.

He is a member of the Lima Bar Association.

Before joining Cuatrecasas, he worked as an associate at a renowned Peruvian firm.

He is an associate lecturer of contractual law and civil liability law at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP).
