Ángel Rodríguez Gómez advises private entities in corporate and real estate (in its planning, development and construction phase) financing and refinancing transactions, by means of both debt issuance instruments (high yield bonds and private debt issurances bonds) and by traditional financing structures and instruments.
He is a lecturer in the Master in International Law, Foreign Trade and International Relations at ISDE.
