Andrés Bonett focuses his practice primarily on administrative law.
He has extensive experience in analyzing and advising on administrative regulation and litigation.
One of the most important areas of his practice has been strategy development in the defense and resolution of complex disputes in the country’s main sectors of economic activity—including finance, infrastructure, energy, state liability, telecommunications and transport—and representing these cases in their administrative and court proceedings.
He is also part of the advisory team to a group of leading concessionaires that provide some of the most important public and infrastructure services in Mexico.
