Specialist in ordinary and convertible bonds issues in Spanish and international markets, and in debt securities.

Ms. Gamazo has extensive experience advising both Spanish and international clients on securities market transactions, corporate finance, restructuring processes, mergers and acquisitions, and particularly flotations on the stock exchange, take-over bids, subscriptions and sales of securities.

She advises on incorporating and monitoring regulated entities, such as investment service companies, closed-end or open-end management companies, and on investment vehicles, including venture capital funds and collective investment institutions.

She also advises listed companies on corporate governance and commercial issues on a regular basis.

Before joining Cuatrecasas, she worked as an associate lawyer at the London office of a major international firm (2004).

Ms. Gamazo lectures on the stock market in the Master in Corporate Finance and Law at ESADE Business & Law School. She also collaborates with specialized courses at the Barcelona Bar Association.

She regularly publishes articles in specialized journals, such as the World Securities Law Report.

She is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association.
