Ana Mª Gamazo specializes in capital markets transactions both from the capital (ECM) and debt (DCM) perspective, and in company M&A processes. She particularly advises on initial public offerings; takeover bids; subscription and sale of shares; and issues of corporate bonds, high-yield bonds and commercial paper; as well as on private placements. She also advises listed companies on corporate governance.

She advises on incorporating and monitoring regulated entities such as investment vehicle management companies and the vehicles themselves, e.g., venture capital funds and collective investment vehicles.

In 2004, she worked as an associate lawyer at the London office of a major international firm.

She has lectured on securities markets in several master programs at leading universities and has participated in specialty courses at the Barcelona Bar Association.

She regularly publishes articles in specialized journals such as the World Securities Law Report.

She is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association.
