Almudena Batista Jiménez advises national and foreign companies on all areas of labor law. She is an expert in labor law proceedings, due diligence, senior management, expatriation, hiring processes, contract terminations, collective dismissals, temporary redundancy plans and substantial modification of working conditions, pension schemes, internal investigations and social security.
She specializes in advising companies on equality, diversity and fundamental rights, including the strategic planning, drafting and negotiation of equality plans, diversity plans, anti-harassment policies, and LGTBI plans and protocols.
She represents Cuatrecasas on the Equality and Diversity Commission of the Spanish Confederation of Employers' Organizations.
She is an associate lecturer at Universidad Pontificia Comillas-ICADE and speaks regularly in different master programs for admission to the practice of law and other training programs.
She is a member of the Spanish Employment Lawyers Association (FORELAB), the Spanish Association of Labor Lawyers (ASNALA), the International Bar Association (IBA) and the European Employment Lawyers Association (EELA).
She has written many publications in specialized journals and speaks regularly at conferences on labor law and social security law.
