Alejandro Ramón

Alejandro Ramón regularly advises Spanish and foreign companies on corporate and commercial matters, and on drafting and negotiating agreements and contracts.

He specializes in capital market transactions, including IPOs, BME Growth, Euronet Access and BME Scaleup, takeover bids, subscription and sale of shares, and ordinary and convertible bonds issues in Spanish and foreign markets. He advises listed and unlisted companies on corporate governance, transparency and market abuse.

He also advises national and international clients from different sectors on M&A transactions, particularly private equity investments and national and crossborder joint ventures.

He is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association and of the Catalan Association of Economists.
