Adriana González advises national and international clients on civil and commercial lawsuits, particularly on corporate disputes, challenging corporate resolutions, directors' liability, attendance at contentious general shareholder meetings and boards of directors, shareholders’ right of separation and non-compliance with shareholders agreements.
She also has experience in lawsuits over civil contractual and non-contractual liability, construction and leasing, insurance, consumer law and banking law.
She is a member of the Madrid Bar Association, of the association Women in a Legal World, and of the Nova Talent network.
She is co-author of the chapter on shareholders’ right of separation in the collective work “El derecho de separación y la exclusión de socios en la sociedad de capital” (Tirant Lo Blanch, 2021). She also spoke on this topic at the Fourth National Congress of Companies in Málaga, held in February 2020.
