Cuatrecasas is proud to launch "Conversations on Competition," a series of insightful talks and interviews designed to foster dialogue on current competition law.
The inaugural Conversation on Competition is an international conference scheduled for October 24 and 25 in Lisbon.
This annual conference will be a pivotal platform for global discussion on a range of critical issues impacting the economy and society at large, including the new AI regulation, the objectives of enforcement, the future of merger control, the new Foreign Subsidies Regime (FSR) and the Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) regime.
We aim to create a truly international, open and inclusive forum for debate, bringing together a diverse group of stakeholders from Europe and Latin America, including enforcers, companies, legal professionals, economists, and academics, to share their perspectives and expertise.
