Invesco Real Estate and Magna General Contractors set up three companies at Benavente Logistic Park

Cuatrecasas advised Invesco Real Estate and Magna General Contractors on negotiations to establish Torrestir, DB Schenker, and CTT at the Benavente Logistic Park, a logistics platform covering 90,717 m2.

Benavente Logistic Park is the result of a partnership between Invesco Real Estate and Magna General Contractors.

The Cuatrecasas team was led by Real Estate and Town Planning lawyer Sofia Gomes da Costa, who has extensive experience in advising on transactions involving logistics assets.
