Cuatrecasas welcomes 133 new colleagues on this year’s Welcome Program

On April 9 and 10, Cuatrecasas held its latest online Welcome Program for the 133 new professionals who joined the firm between November 17, 2023, and April 8, 2024.

A total of 99 of these new hires took place in the firm’s offices in Spain: 1 in Alicante, 47 in Barcelona, 2 in Bilbao, 37 in Madrid; 1 in Málaga, 4 in Palma, 1 in San Sebastián, 1 in Seville, 2 in Valencia, 2 in Vigo, and 1 in Zaragoza. A total of 25 new hires joined the Latin American offices: 5 in Bogotá, 2 in Lima, 4 in Mexico City, and 14 in Santiago. The Lisbon office welcomed 9 new hires.

In this year’s program, Corporate and M&A partner Diego Carrión gave the newcomers a presentation of the firm’s culture and values. Senior innovation project manager Alba Molina and information security engineer Irene Campo gave a session on “Legal innovation and cybersecurity.” Partner and ESG director Elisabeth de Nadal led the session on "ESG: new challenges.”

Over the two-day event, the firm’s recruitment specialists Mayte Rengifo and José Póvoas assisted the participants. The newcomers also took part in a gamification session to facilitate interaction and networking among the new colleagues.
