Valentina Vélez advises national and international clients from different industries on (i) mergers and acquisitions tax aspects, (ii) financing strategies, (iii) shares acquisition and disposal in businesses in Colombia, and (iv) defining national and international tax planning strategies.

Before joining Cuatrecasas, she worked in the tax area at one of the leading tax firms in Colombia.
