Tiago Pestana de Vasconcelos

Tiago Pestana de Vasconcelos advises on labor matters, including business restructuring, internal procedures, matters involving work-related accidents and negotiations of collective bargaining instruments. He also advises on litigation and pre-litigation procedures involving civil and commercial contracts, as well as on criminal procedures.

From 2008 to 2022, he worked at SLCM - Serra Lopes, Cortes Martins & Associados, a full-service law firm with over 60 years of activity that merged with Cuatrecasas in 2023.

Previously, he worked at other law firms in Portugal.

He is a member of the Portuguese Bar Association. He is also a member of Associação de Jovens Juslaboralistas and of Círculo de Advogados de Contencioso.
