Specialist in public law, particularly environmental law, advising companies from the agroscience sector. 

Suniva Gómez is an expert in environmental law and advises clients on all environmental and regulatory matters, including advising on waste, packaging, packaging waste, contaminated land and airborne emissions.

She advises clients in the agrocience sector (plant protection products, fertilizers and biostimulants) on registering their products with the Spanish authorities and on matters relating to launching their products on the European markets, e.g., collaboration agreements to carry out studies, letters of access and administrative appeals, as well as advising on labeling and packaging. 

She also advises clients on other areas of public law (urban planning, public procurement, liability for damages) and on due diligence processes, mainly for environmental and regulatory matters.

She is a member of the administrative, town planning and environmental law section of the Valencia Bar Association.
