Sílvia Niubó specializes in advising international clients on their changes of tax residence and on their transactions in Spain. She has advised on structuring large estates, as well as reviewing vehicles such as trusts, private foundations and investments products, and foreign investment and savings products. She also advises on matters relating to family business and inspection proceedings.
