Specialist in international commercial arbitration and in complex litigation.

Sara Chaidin represents clients in international arbitration proceedings relating to construction and engineering projects, post-M&A disputes, shareholder disputes and distribution agreements. She has participated in disputes involving many international jurisdictions (e.g., Algeria, Chile, France, Morocco, Peru, Spain and United Arab Emirates) administered by some of the main international arbitration courts (e.g., ICC and ICSID) and Spanish arbitration courts (e.g., Madrid Arbitration Court, Civil and Commercial Arbitration Court of Madrid and Spanish Arbitration Court). 

She is a member of the French Desk, regularly representing clients in arbitration proceedings carried out in French and advising them on disputes involving projects in North African countries.

She also regularly handles pre-litigation and litigation matters involving unfair competition, agency and private international law, as well as court proceedings monitoring and supporting arbitration. She has lectured on commercial law at Universitat Pompeu Fabra and has trained several university teams to participate in the Madrid moot competition on international arbitration and commercial law.

She is a member of the Spanish and Iberoamerican Arbitration Club, of Arbitral Women, of the International Distribution Institute and of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
