Samin Yousefi advises clients on dispute resolution and on civil and commercial litigation, both in civil lawsuits and national and international arbitration.
She advises clients on disputes arising from construction and infrastructure agreements, contractual and tort liability, insolvency proceedings and bankruptcy reorganizations.
She is a procedural law assistant at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. Previously, she was an assistant of commercial and constitutional law, and history of law at the same university.
Before joining Cuatrecasas, she worked at a leading litigation law firm in Chile.
