Ramon Palà represents taxpayers when challenging tax settlements in administrative and judicial review courts, and before tax appeal boards.
He assists clients from the start of tax audits, designing strategies that (i) help reduce the contingencies arising from those audits, and (ii) place the taxpayer in the best position possible to obtain cancellation of the tax settlements announced during the audits.
