Advising on labor law, including advising companies on labor lawsuits and inspections.
Ralph Salas advises on (i) designing strategies in labor proceedings, (ii) judicial reviews, and (iii) inspection procedures before the SUNAFIL (the National Superintendence of Labor Inspection in Peru).
He also advises national and international companies on employment obligations, regulatory compliance, migration consultancy and social security.
He has participated in audits involving implementation and compliance with health and safety regulations at work, with special focus on the mining, industrial and civil construction sectors.
Before joining Cuatrecasas, he worked as an associate in the labor and employment practice of a leading law firm in Peru.
He is a member of the Lima Bar Association.
He was an adjunct lecturer at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú in the course on Special Labor Law.
