Pedro Pérez-Caballero is an expert in disputes relating to real estate and construction, commercial contracts and corporate law. He also advises on regulatory compliance.
He is a member of the Zaragoza Bar Association and became chair of its Real Estate and Construction Law Section in 2021.
He is an arbitrator at the Aragón Court of Arbitration and Mediation (Spain).
He lectures in the Bachelor’s degree course in Law and the Master in Legal Practice at Universidad Internacional de Valencia, and is a guest lecturer at Universidad de Zaragoza and at Universidad Panamericana.
He is the author of the monograph La Responsabilidad por hecho ajeno en la Ley de Ordenación de la Edificación (Vicarious Liability in the Building Standards Act), Valencia: Tirant lo Blanch, 2020. He also writes for academic journals on his specialty area (Revista Crítica de Derecho Inmobiliario, Revista de Derecho Patrimonial Aranzadi, Revista de Derecho Privado, InDret).
