Pedro Pérez-Caballero is an expert in dispute resolution relating to real estate and construction law, particularly regarding building, civil works, infrastructure and engineering. He also advises on corporate and commercial disputes.
He is a member of the Zaragoza Bar Association and became chair of its Real Estate and Construction Law Section in 2021.
He is an arbitrator at the Aragón Court of Arbitration and Mediation (Spain).
He lectures on procedural law at Universidad de Zaragoza. Previously, he lectured at Universidad Internacional de Valencia and has been a guest lecturer at Universidad Panamericana.
He is the author of the monograph La responsabilidad por hecho ajeno en la Ley de Ordenación de la Edificación (Vicarious Liability in the Building Standards Act), Valencia: Tirant lo Blanch, 2020. He also writes on his specialty area for academic journals (Revista Crítica de Derecho Inmobiliario, Revista de Derecho Patrimonial Aranzadi, Revista de Derecho Privado, InDret and Actualidad Civil).
