Paola Soler

Paola Soler advises on real estate and urban planning project development in different regions of Colombia. She has assisted clients in managing urban planning instruments and permits before local authorities and national entities. She handles a wide range of projects, including housing, commercial, industrial and infrastructure, as well as advising companies and land owners on property acquisition and expropriation processes before government entities.

Before joining Cuatrecasas she worked as an associate for other leading law firms in Colombia and as a legal advisor for Bogotá's Curaduría Urbana 4 (urban planning office).
