Specialist in advising on regulatory matters and in advising public-private partnerships.

Pablo Ferreyros advises electricity and infrastructure concessionaires on the applicable regulatory framework, the development of public-private partnerships and the interpretation of concession agreements.

In recent years, he has helped draft ICSID expert reports on energy and infrastructure projects for public use. He also advises on the regime for energy network industries and the regime for infrastructure projects awarded in concession. He has participated in many competition matters and transactions in regulated sectors.

He has been adjunct lecturer on the course on administrative law and civil liability at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. 

He has also been a member of the Executive Council of the law journal Themis and of the Law Faculty Council at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
