Oswaldo Pacheco

Oswaldo Pacheco advises national and foreign clients on domestic matters and on crossborder transactions. He advises on a wide range of tax matters relating to the daily transactions of clients from many different sectors. He also handles business structuring, mainly in relation to starting business in Colombia.

Before joining Cuatrecasas, he worked at one of the four leading international auditing firms.
