Nicolás López

Nicolás López advises national and international companies in the infrastructure sector, particularly regarding transport, aqueduct and sewage infrastructures. 

He advises and represents clients in relation to structuring and implementing highly complex projects, as well as handling national and international dispute resolution. He has represented clients in tender procedures, and to negotiate and implement contracts in the infrastructure sector with the Colombian state and multilateral bodies, as well as advising on the contracts arising from those projects, including EPC, O&M, BOOMT and turnkey contracts. 

Before joining Cuatrecasas, he worked at leading law firms in Colombia.

He has been lecturing on public procurement at Universidad EAFIT since 2019. He has also been a guest speaker at several events on public procurement.
