Nicolás González-Deleito has an extensive career in public institutions and is considered one of the most prestigious public law lawyers in Spain.

He is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.

He is counsel to the regional government of Andalusia (currently on leave), where he was coordinating counsel of its central legal department, and counsel in the Constitutional Court.

He has written many legal publications on administrative law and law review articles, and coordinates the economic-administrative law section of the journal La Actualidad Administrativa.
