Advising on corporate employment, complex labor lawsuits, collective bargaining and implementation of incentives and internal regulations.

Muriel Herrera advises national and international companies on labor and employment law matters related to collective bargaining, restructuring, drafting corporate policies, contracts and regulations.

She has represented national and international companies in many complex labor lawsuits and has participated in internal investigation and staff management processes. She has also advised various companies on (i) regulated and non-regulated collective bargaining, (ii) occupational risk prevention, (iii) health and safety, and (iv) strategic and day-to-day corporate employment matters.
