Milagros Cacho specializes in advising companies on sustainable project development and operation, as well as in consultancy for the regulation of the mining-energy sector and environmental issues, including identifying and obtaining permits and licenses, verifying compliance with legal obligations and the signing of contracts.
She also has experience in auditing in different production sectors and in defending clients in administrative sanctioning proceedings and litigation proceedings.
Before joining Cuatrecasas, she was an associate in the natural resources and environment department of a leading firm in Peru and worked at a reputed mining company.
She is a member of the Lima Bar Association.
