Matías González advises on civil and commercial dispute resolution, focusing on national and international litigation and arbitration.
In arbitration, he advises on the construction, energy, infrastructure and corporate sectors, as well as investment funds under CAM Santiago, ICC and CIAM rules. He also handles civil lawsuits regarding contractual liability and consumer rights.
He was assistant lecturer of International Commercial Arbitration and at the Clínica Jurídica (law clinic) of Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. He was also assistant lecturer to the arbitration teams at Universidad de Chile participating in (i) Madrid's International Competition on Arbitration and Commercial Law, (ii) the International Arbitration Competition organized by Universidad de Buenos Aires (Argentina) and Universidad del Rosario (Bogotá), and (iii) the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot.
