Markus Gómez advises private clients in and out of court on dispute resolution and international arbitration, particularly concerning insurance, infrastructure and transport, construction and international trade.
He advises clients in the transport and maritime industry on procedural and commercial matters, and on litigation and arbitration in matters such as supply contracts and agency agreements, international sales, ship operation, Incoterms and logistics.
With a native level of German, he is a member of the Cuatrecasas German Desk and has developed strong relationships with the firm’s German-speaking clients.
