Specialist in administrative and regulatory law
Mario Paolo Lanfranco specializes in administrative law, infrastructure, construction and arbitration. His practice includes advising on (i) structuring, implementing and representing projects under concession agreements and public-private partnerships; and (ii) public procurement and tax concessions.
He also advises on municipal law and handles the lodging of bureaucratic barrier complaints with the Peruvian Institute for the Defense of Competition and Intellectual Property (INDECOPI).
He is a member of the Lima Bar Association.
He is a former member of the faculty of law’s FORSETI journal at Universidad del Pacífico.
Before joining Cuatrecasas, he was an associate at a leading law firm in Peru.
He was assistant to the chair in the Administrative Law I course at Universidad del Pacífico.
