Marcos González participates in administrative and legal proceedings relating to public procurement, the public administration’s liability, urban planning, the environment and administrative law sanctioning.
He has advised many companies from different sectors on (i) adapting to data protection regulations, and (ii) proceedings with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
He is a member of the Pamplona Bar Association. He has published several articles in specialized journals, and speaks regularly at seminars and conferences on administrative law, data protection and trade secrets.
