Luis Olazabal focuses his practice on M&A. He also advises national and international companies on civil law and real estate transactions.
He handles sophisticated share and asset sales, financing transactions and the development of real estate projects.
Before joining Cuatrecasas, he worked at leading law firms in Peru where he participated in national transactions and transactions involving many jurisdictions.
He is assistant to the chair in the Standard Contracts course at Universidad de Lima and previously was assistant lecturer in the Written Expression course at the same university.
He is a member of the Lima Bar Association.
He writes legal publications and articles in specialized journals and other print media.
