Laura Torrecilla

Laura Torrecilla advises national and international clients on NPL and REO acquisition transactions. She also advises on corporate acquisition structures and on drafting and negotiating servicing agreements.

She also handles corporate and acquisition finance transactions, real estate transactions, as well as debt restructuring and refinancing transactions.

She completed a secondment at one of the firm’s international clients where she acquired in-depth knowledge of its core activities and business model.
