Juan Prieto

Juan Prieto defends taxpayers’ rights in all types of procedures with the regional and state tax authorities (management, inspections, collection and sanctions), and in disputes arising from these procedures at all levels of law courts and tax appeal boards.

He is an expert in protecting taxpayers’ interests, at both a substantive and procedural level, in the context of Basque regional law. He also defends taxpayers’ interests in conflicts between the Spanish and Basque tax authorities.
