Juan Esteban Castañeda advises national and international clients on commercial and civil litigation, judicial reviews before national courts, and on arbitration proceedings and other alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.
In arbitration, he has participated in national proceedings before the Arbitration and Conciliation Center of the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce. He has also represented different companies and public entities in declaratory, enforcement and judicial review proceedings before the jurisdiction.
Before joining Cuatrecasas he worked as an associate in the litigation and dispute resolution team of one of Colombia's leading law firms in this area.
