Josep Marsal

Josep Marsal is a seasoned specialist advising national and international groups on cross-border acquisitions and restructurings in different industries (real estate, logistics, telecommunications, manufacturing,…). He also advises high-net-worth individuals and family offices on taxation matters.

He is member of the International Fiscal Association (IFA), the Spanish Association of Financial Law (AEDF), and the Barcelona Bar Association. 

He leads the Middle East Desk at CUATRECASAS, where is very active as he travels regularly to the region.

He is a visiting professor at the IE Business School in Madrid, the Universitat Internacional de Catalunya in Barcelona, and King Abdulaziz University in Jeddah. He speaks regularly at tax-related discussion forums and publishes articles in specialized press.
