Advising on national and international arbitration and litigation.

Jo Padilla advises on national and international arbitration proceedings; disputes arising from construction, infrastructure and energy contracts; and public-works concession contracts. She also represents national and international clients in disputes before the ICC, UNCITRAL, ICSID and CAM Santiago.

Before joining Cuatrecasas, she worked at leading Chilean law firms specializing in international litigation.

She was an assistant lecturer in civil law at Universidad de Chile.
