He has participated in the restructuring of public and private companies and financial institutions, and various infrastructure-related deals and projects.

Before joining Cuatrecasas, he worked for a prominent civil and commercial litigation law firm, the Mexican Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation and, finally, at a well-known firm specializing in complex corporate, financing and infrastructure transactions.
