Javier Berrospi advises on negotiations to prevent and resolve contractual disputes between companies. He also advises on strategies for administering contracts, including drafting legal reports and designing strategies for preventing and resolving contractual disputes.
He advises companies and state bodies on national and international arbitration, as well as on civil, commercial and constitutional court proceedings, and judicial reviews.
He is adjunct lecturer of the course on effective legal communication at the faculty of law at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and, previously, was adjunct lecturer of the course on interim and executive judicial protection.
He has worked at several leading law firms in Peru.
He represented Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú in international moot competitions focused on commercial law and arbitration.
He has published articles in different Peruvian law journals and gives talks at courses organized by Peruvian law associations.
