Jaime Moya specializes in commercial and corporate law, capital markets, corporate governance and antitrust law. His career has been associated mainly with advising national and international companies on M&A and investments in infrastructures. Throughout his career, he has been recognized by several legal directories  as a “very knowledgeable and experienced lawyer.”

Jaime has also been a partner at prestigious law firms in Bogotá, secretary general of Almacenes Éxito S.A., and legal vice president of the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce.

He has lectured at Universidad del Rosario, Universidad de los Andes, Universidad Externado de Colombia and Universidad de la Sabana.
