Specialist in national and international taxation, advising multinational groups and family businesses.

Ignacio Díaz advises Spanish groups on taking their business abroad and multinational groups on their investment projects in Spain. He is an expert in business restructurings, investment structures in R&D&I activities and in transfer pricing. He also advises companies in the hotels, tourism and leisure sector.

A lecturer in the Master in Accounting and Taxation at Universidad de Málaga, he also speaks regularly at conferences on taxation.

He has published several articles on current taxation topics and is co-author of Manual del Impuesto sobre Sociedades (Company Tax Guide), Aranzadi, 2013.
