Iban Andreu

Iban Andreu is also a specialist in complex procedural issues, contractual and non-contractual civil liability and enforcements. In the pre-litigation scenario, he provides ongoing advice on negotiating all kind of contracts, general contracting conditions, the design and drafting of warranty coverage, exclusions and limitations of liability. 

He is a member of the Cuatrecasas Consumer Litigation Team and Barcelona Bar Association.

He writes legal articles in Spanish and has given several training sessions at the Institute of Compliance Officers, the Law Practice School and the Escuela de Derecho Cuatrecasas.
