Specialist on financing transactions with over 20 years of experience in the banking and finance sector.

Héctor Bros advises on corporate and project financing, asset financing, innovative and complex structured financing (PPP and PFI), other forms of structured financing and on financing crossborder acquisitions. He also advises international banks and investment funds on debt restructuring and distressed debt, as well as on acquiring NPLs.

He is a reference counsel for some of the most important Spanish financial institutions.

Admitted as solicitor in England and Wales, he worked as an international associate in the London office of Milbank Tweed, where he participated in large global financing transactions in Europe and the Middle East.

He lectures in the Bachelor of International Business Law at Universidad de Navarra, the Master in Corporate Finance Law at ESADE Business & Law School, and the Master in Business Law at ISDE Law & Business School. He is the author of several articles on legal aspects of financing transactions in international publications.
