Ms. Lin has been providing tax advice for over a decade to multinational company groups on international and domestic transactions, as well as to foreign expatriates working in China.
She has extensive experience in advising on planning for crossborder and domestic transactions and their tax implications, particularly for tax treaty, M&A, transfer pricing and taxation for expatriates.
Experienced in participating in tax health checks and M&A tax due diligence, she also advises on foreign exchange and customs issues for crossborder transactions.
A frequent lecturer on tax subjects at the EU Chamber of Commerce in China and AIJA, Ms. Lin also publishes her work in IBA Newsletters on a regular basis.
