Francisco de Asís García is an expert in tax proceedings and in defending citizens' rights and guarantees against abusive actions by the tax authorities. He has led the legal supervision of many appeals with all types of courts, including the tax appeal boards, the high courts of justice, the Court of Appeals, the Supreme Court, the Constitutional Court, the Court of Justice of the European Union and the European Court of Human Rights.
He lectures in the Master in Tax Consultancy at CEF Center for Financial Studies in Madrid and Barcelona. He also lectures in the Master of Financial Management and in the Master in International Trade at ENAE Business School (Murcia, Spain).
He is an associate lecturer of finance and tax law at Universidad de Murcia.
He is a member of the tax-inspection research team at the Institute for Fiscal Studies (Spanish Ministry of the Economy and Finance).
He is the author of several publications in specialized journals.
