Fernando Ruiz advises on corporate law. He advises national and foreign companies and capital venture funds on M&A transactions, joint ventures and strategic alliances involving public and private entities. He also advises national and foreign companies and banks on securities issues in Mexico, both on the debt and capital markets. He has worked with several companies to study and implement the different legal strategies relating to the Mexican Financial Technology Institutions Act, known as the Fintech Act.

He was acknowledged by the International Chamber of Commerce México for obtaining first place in the Chair of Corporate and Professional Integrity for his essay titled: “El Impacto de la Corrupción en las Empresas, en la Abogacía y en Otras Profesiones” (How corruption affects companies, the legal profession and other professions”)
