Elena Ibisate

Elena Ibisate advises national and international clients from a wide range of sectors on M&A transactions, company and business acquisitions, joint ventures, business group restructurings and business collaboration agreements. 

She also has extensive experience in corporate matters and commercial contracts, and is vice-secretary non-director of the board of directors of several well-known companies. 

She teaches in the Master for Admission to the Practice of Law at UPF Barcelona School of Management and is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association.
