Cristina Romariz has focused her practice on labor law planning and consultancy, advising national and international companies on all matters relating to their activity, including contract negotiation, disciplinary action, and the planning and implementing of collective dismissals and job downsizing.
She also advises on labor litigation matters.
She has worked in the field of new technologies and their impact on labor relations, particularly in matters relating to workers’ privacy and data protection.
She is a member of the Portuguese Bar Association, Associação de Jovens Juslaboralistas, of APODIT – Associação Portuguesa de Direito do Trabalho, and of EELA – European Employment Lawyers Association.
