Beatriz Alba is an expert in designing the strategy and leading the defense against tax boards, the high courts of justice, the Central Criminal and Administrative Court and the Supreme Court in proceedings involving all kinds of taxes and relating to tax inspections, and management, collection and disciplinary processes.
She has handled many tax settlement appeals, agreements for the allocation of liability and business successions, as well as advising on the protection of taxpayers’ rights during home searches carried out by the tax authorities.
She lectures in the Family Business Analysis and Management Program organized by the Family Business Association of Aragon (“AEFA”), and at the Chair of Family Business at Universidad de Zaragoza, as well as in management training courses. She speaks at conferences on taxpayers’ rights.
She is the author of several specialized articles, press releases and reports on tax proceedings, and contributed to the collective work El Reglamento de Gestión e Inspección de los Tributos comentado (Comments on the regulation of tax management and inspection).
