She has participated in many transactions, representing Mexican and foreign investors from different industries. She has also advised many companies on corporate affairs such as incorporation, conversion and corporate restructuring.

Her practice includes advisory services on financial, corporate, contractual and regulatory matters related to M&A transactions, including matters involving regulated entities, e.g., universal banks, fintech institutions and brokerage firms.

Before joining Cuatrecasas, she worked for prestigious law firms specializing in corporate and transactional law.
