Advising on competition law including litigations, investigations and merger controls
Antonia Silva advises national and international clients on competition law, particularly litigation before the Chilean Competition Court and Supreme Court, as well as on investigations and merger controls before the Chilean antitrust authority.
Before joining Cuatrecasas she worked as an associate in a boutique law firm specializing in competition law, regulated markets and civil litigation, and as a court agent in the area of competition and regulated markets for a leading law firm in Chile.
She is also assistant to the chair of economic law, free competition and market regulation at Universidad de Chile.
